Gaines Roofing is veteran-owned. Felicia Gaines served in the Army before she started the company, and she built the rota on the same idea: someone is always on duty, and everyone knows who.
The company is fourteen people. Three leads take the leak line a week each, and the crews are on the repair truck and the replacement crew.
