This is how Gaines Roofing handles what you tell us. It is a plain summary, not a legal contract.

What we collect

When you use the form, you give us your name, phone number, the address of the roof and what is happening to it. If you text a photo, we receive your number and the photo. If you call, we note what you tell us.

What we use it for

We use it to call you, send a crew, write a photo report and an estimate. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who sees it

The lead on call, the office and the crew on your job. If you ask us to send a report to your insurer or a property owner, we send it to them, and only that.

How long we keep it

We keep estimates, photo reports and job records as long as we need them for warranty papers and taxes. You can ask us to delete the rest.
